Headaches are so common today that we don't even consider them a disease - a lot of people, especially women, have it. It is also difficult to successfully treat them using Western medicine, and the blame is usually laid on the mental health, the cervical spine, the menses, the head...  The domain of TCM is precisely these functional diseases (without organic cause), when e.g. only for a headache there are 16 options.
